City have been handed a major boost ahead of Sunday’s clash with Swansea.
The Swans have been plunged into a serious striker crisis after £12m record signing Wilfried Bony pulled up with a hamstring injury against Valencia on Thursday night.
He will now be out until after Christmas and joins Michu on the sidelines.
Bony has scored ten goals since his summer move from Vitesse Arnhem and, we must admit, having those two players missing will give our defenders much cause for relief.
And our chances of another home victory can only be enhanced further after right-back Angel Rangel picked up a calf injury and is also set to miss out.
Swansea will arguably be without their three best players.
